The concept of divinity is the main issue in Islamic creed. Islamic scholars and scholars agree that monotheism is the principle of the principle of Islamic creed. But they are different approaches to explaining it. The word “Allah” is a word in Arabic that comes from compaction Al And Lord. He means God or implies one God. Linguistically, Hebrew and Arabic is related to semitic languages, and Arabic terms of God or Al-Elah associated with He In Hebrew, which means “God”. Therefore, we can understand that the use of the word God is consistent, not only with the Koran and Islamic traditions, but also with the oldest biblyal traditions “(Anwar, 2015).
Discussion of God Almighty if it will be referred to the whole word that points to Him is very broad. The word “Allah” in the Koran is repeated 2,697 times. Not to mention such a word like Wahid, Ahaad, En-Rab, Al-Idah, Or the punishment that denies the existence of its allies either in action or law to determine the law, or the validity of worship to itself and other statements that all lead to an explanation of monotheism.
Although existentially humans are aware and recognize the existence of God, but substantially humans cannot know the figure of God. Relevant to this, is the story of God’s search carried out by Ibrahim, as recorded in the QS. Al-An’am/6: 75-79:
Likewise, we see the stone and earth stones, and come from people who are sure 75 When he came to him, that night was a cousin. He said this is my master. When the moon was shot, he said: “My master,” When he said, he said, “If my Lord will not guide me, I will not come from the people.” When the sun is seen, he said: “My master, this is older”. I was directed to people who had violated the heavens and the earth were Hanif ۭ ۖ and what I was from two participants 79
It means: “So we have shown Ibrahim signs of greatness (we) in heaven and earth and (we showed him) that he was among the confident. When the night was dark, he saw a star (at that time) he said:” This is my master “, but when the star drives, he said:” I don’t like the moon. “My lord doesn’t guide me, of course I am a missing person.” Then when he saw the sunrise, he said: “This is my Lord, this is bigger.” Then when the sun set, he said: “My people, indeed I departed from what you have. Indeed, I give myself to Rabb who created heaven and earth, with a tendency to true religion, and I am not among them.

So how do humans know God? The answer, is when God himself introduces Himself to humans. This is where we will understand the functions of angels, revelations, and apostles. Questions about God: Who He is; What is His commands; how His creation; what he allowed; or what is forbidden; Only the answer can be sought through the information given by God to humans. About who he is, for example, God has provided information in the Koran:
I am God, not God, except me
It means: “Surely I am God, there is no God but me. Then worship me and set a prayer to remember me” (Thaha/20: 14).
Say: God is one 1 ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ He did not give birth and was not born 3 And he’s not enough
It means: “Say; He is the only true God. God is God who depends on him all things. He is not born and unbearable, and nothing is equal to Him.” (Al-Akhlash/112: 1-4).
God is not God but He is a docile in values ۚ You don’t take it as a year, or as a sleep. He mediates for him except with his permission ۚ He knows what is between their hands and what they leave ۖ and they do not surround their knowledge. Heaven and earth.
It means : “God has no God but He is a person who lives in Eternal (His creatures); He does not sleep and he does not sleep. He does not sleep. (Al-Baqarah/2: 255) (Firdaus, 2015).
Humans can know God through the delivery of revelation. The existence of revelation also works so that humans understand and study their creation. The revelation was conveyed by God through the angels (Gabriel) to the messenger of God to be passed on to all humanity as a guide to life.
